Glasgow Audi is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you’ll develop skills and advance your career within the automotive industry.

This role offers ongoing training, potential for progression, and a supportive team environment at our busy dealership in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to upsell parts and services to customers.
• Experience in automotive aftersales or service advisor roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with dealer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell additional parts/services.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Handle high-volume customer interactions and telephone/online inquiries.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain clear communication while their car is in the workshop.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems with bookings.
