Glasgow Audi is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site in Glasgow. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty coverage, and upsell parts while coordinating with the Aftersales department to manage a high volume of customer interactions.

The role offers a permanent, full‑time contract, 42 hours per week, with OTE up to £35,000 and a basic of £29,000 per annum. Training and progression opportunities are highlighted within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive Aftersales.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focussed approach.
• Ability to upsell parts and explain service options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repair work for customers.
• Advise on warranty cover and upsell suitable parts.
• Coordinate appointments with the Aftersales department.
• Handle high volumes of customers and calls daily.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and update records.
