Job summary

Allied Vehicles is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service department in Glasgow. You will deliver outstanding service, support customers with queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.

You’ll assist with internal and external inquiries from Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers to ensure the right level of support is provided in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service department. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to deliver outstanding service, support our customers with their queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
You'll play a key role assisting with both internal and external customer related enquiries from Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers to ensure customers are receiving the right level of support.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and the salary is £26,227.50 per annum + bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Investigate customer queries within agreed authority, liaising with relevant information to ensure fair decisions/resolutions are provided.
• Update relevant systems with details of interactions to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Utilise complaint information records to form feedback reports to improve service and standards where appropriate.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience working in a similar role, including dealing with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages - e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
