Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Service Consultant to support Carlisle and Penrith branches, mainly based in Carlisle, on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is 36 hours per week with interviews at Carlisle branch.

You will listen to customers, understand their needs, explain savings products, and record details in our systems. You will help people review their circumstances and provide a friendly, professional service that puts customers first.

Qualificações

• Experience interacting with customers, in person or over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers in-branch and over the phone.
• Engage and understand customer needs and offer tailored savings products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and support vulnerable customers.
