Job summary

Megger is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Administrator to join our multinational team in the UK. You will handle SAP ERP purchase orders, respond to quotes, manage international shipments, and maintain high-quality customer interactions through our CRM system.

The role requires at least 2 years in B2B order administration, familiarity with SAP/CRM, and strong IT skills including Excel and Word. Flexible working options are available, and you will contribute to KPIs and service standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B order administration role.
• Experience of SAP ERP and/or CRM systems is desirable, although full training will be provided on SAP.
• Experience of goods export and an understanding of customs procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong IT skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Well organised with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor SAP ERP purchase orders and process customer orders through to delivery.
• Respond to customer quote requests and generate quotes for goods, services and repairs.
• Manage and monitor international shipments, including shipping, customs and export documentation, ensuring delivery deadlines and customer requirements are met.
• Use the Company's CRM system to record and manage customer interactions, whilst providing a professional and positive experience across all communication channels.
• Contribute to departmental KPIs, targets and service standards, whilst identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and performance.
