Job summary

Megger Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Administrator in the UK to ensure an exceptional customer journey from order placement to delivery. You will handle end-to-end order processing, manage international shipments, and liaise with customers, carriers and internal teams to meet schedule and quality targets.

The role requires strong IT skills (Excel/Word) and familiarity with SAP ERP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B order administration role.
• Experience with SAP ERP and/or CRM systems preferred, full training provided.
• Experience with goods export and understanding of customs procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor SAP ERP purchase orders and process customer orders through to delivery.
• Respond to customer quote requests and generate quotes for goods, services and repairs.
• Manage international shipments, including shipping, customs and export documentation, ensuring deadlines and customer requirements are met.
• Use the CRM system to record and manage customer interactions across channels.
• Contribute to departmental KPIs, targets and service standards, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Job description

The Vacancy We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Customer Experience Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the end-to-end processing and fulfilment of customer orders. You will manage international export shipments from order through to delivery, ensuring goods are shipped on time, cost-effectively and in line with customer, customs and country-specific requirements. Working closely with customers, colleagues, carriers and freight partners, you will manage priorities, proactively resolve issues and ensure shipments move efficiently through the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and monitor SAP ERP purchase orders and process customer orders through to delivery.
• Respond to customer quote requests and generate quotes for goods, services and repairs.
• Manage and monitor international shipments, including shipping, customs and export documentation, ensuring delivery deadlines and customer requirements are met.
• Use the Company's CRM system to record and manage customer interactions, whilst providing a professional and positive experience across all communication channels.
• Contribute to departmental KPIs, targets and service standards, whilst identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and performance.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business-to-Business order administration role.
• Experience of SAP ERP and/or CRM systems is desirable, although full training will be provided on SAP.
• Experience of goods export and an understanding of customs procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong IT skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Well organised with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
