GAP Group is seeking a Hire & Sales Coordinator for our Pumps & Power Services division in Warrington. You will manage hire requests, coordinate logistics, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Team player who can also work independently and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires across a wide range of equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer and supplier queries.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues professionally and efficiently.
