Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hire desk or fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires across a wide range of plant and tool equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and respond to customer and supplier queries promptly.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues professionally and efficiently.
