A growing EdTech company is looking for a Customer Development Executive to join their team in Hemel Hempstead. This hybrid role involves customer support, account management, and sales activities. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, manage accounts, and support product demonstrations. Customer Development Executive
Location: Hybrid - Hemel Hempstead (3 days office / 2 days home)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
We're working with a growing, employee-owned EdTech business looking to hire a Customer Development Executive to join their close-knit customer team.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining customer support, account management and sales activity. You'll be the first point of contact for schools, supporting them to successfully embed and use an online careers guidance platform, while also identifying opportunities to grow and renew accounts.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and getting involved across different areas of the business.
