Intrum, based in Reigate, is seeking a customer service advisor to support customers facing financial difficulties. You will discuss their situation, offer affordable repayment plans, and manage multiple debt accounts including car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, catalogs, mortgages and mobile debts.

The role is hybrid in Reigate with induction in the office, followed by a mix of home and office work.

Formación

• Customer service experience, either face to face or call centre.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to help customers.
• Good numeracy and English literacy to explain financial products.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with customers in financial difficulty and provide tailored solutions, such as affordable repayment plans.
• Make and receive calls to/from customers across various debt products and investigate details of debt.
• Provide personalised, customer-focused service and deliver fair outcomes under Consumer Duty regulations.
