Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferable, with a proven ability to deliver first-class service.
• A proactive approach and proven experience in achieving targets.
• Professional and clear communication skills that build trust and rapport.
• Confidence, motivation and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs for servicing or repairs and align with Vehicle Health Checks.
• Keep customers informed on costs and progress of repairs, handling queries.
• Coordinate with workshop colleagues to move vehicles efficiently through the service process.
• Deliver exceptional service to achieve satisfaction objectives while following manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate customer details and up-to-date knowledge on products and services.
• Follow service and warranty policies for John Clark Group and partners.
