Job summary

The John Clark Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Pentland Land Rover Edinburgh East to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assess customer service needs, communicate costs, coordinate with the workshop, and ensure a seamless service experience aligned with manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferable.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer servicing or repair needs and communicate costs clearly.
• Keep customers informed on repair progress and respond to queries promptly.
• Coordinate with workshop colleagues to move vehicles efficiently through service.
• Maintain accurate customer details and stay updated on products and services.
• Ensure compliance with service and warranty policies.
