Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor at Volkswagen Chelmsford. You will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicles are in the workshop, delivering trusted experiences and driving service revenue through upsell recommendations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell relevant services
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
• Proven track record in target-driven roles
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Keep customers updated on repair progress with transparency
• Develop product knowledge through manufacturer training
• Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
• Schedule vehicle appointments accurately and efficiently
• Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and answer questions
• Maintain accurate customer records in our systems
