• Seamless Coordination: Liaising with workshop colleagues to move vehicles efficiently through service.
• Exceeding Expectations: Delivering exceptional service while adhering to standards and procedures.
• Operational Excellence: Maintaining accurate customer details and up-to-date knowledge of products/services.
• Compliance & Quality: Working in line with service and warranty policies.
