Job summary

Arnold Clark Group Glenrothes is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver and sustain a fantastic experience for service and vehicle repair customers at our Vauxhall/Fiat/Abarth/Leapmotor branch.

We are looking for an articulate, warm communicator who can guide customers through the service journey with confidence and care. This is a full-time role with Monday–Friday 8am–5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service role.
• Articulate and warm communicator.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle service and vehicle repair inquiries efficiently.
• Liaise with workshop to progress work.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing.
• Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date.
• Upsell where appropriate.
• Provide clear fault explanations and solutions.
