Group 1 Automotive in Shrewsbury is seeking a Service Advisor for Volkswagen, acting as the main contact during vehicle maintenance and repair. You’ll welcome customers, keep them informed of progress, and promote additional services to support vehicle health and workshop revenue.

You’ll develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training and work in a team focused on delivering exceptional, honest experiences with flexible working options where possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in customer interactions.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services or repairs.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
