Job summary

Specsavers in Crawley is looking for a Call Centre/Admin Assistant to join our busy store team. You’ll be organised and handle a variety of optical administration tasks, including NHS forms, triaging calls, updating records and booking appointments, with some time on the shop floor helping customers.

Qualifications

• Previous telephony and administration experience is advantageous but not essential.
• High level of customer service experience.
• Working in a fast-paced environment requires strong organisational skills.
• Good telephone manner and clear communication are important.
• Desire to learn and progress in your role.

Responsibilities

• Handle NHS forms and triaging as part of optical administration.
• Answer calls and general queries and update/ file records.
• Manage appointments and support customers on the shop floor as needed.
