Santander UK is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Bradford, offering a hybrid working pattern. You’ll handle customer inquiries by phone, process transactions, and maintain records while promoting a safe and positive customer experience.

Training is provided and there is a clear path to develop skills across banking products. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, excellent listening skills, and a flexible attitude to shifts (A or B).

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
• The ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

Responsibilities
