Skipton Building Society in Altrincham is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant to join our branch team on a permanent, full-time basis (36 hours per week). You will engage with customers to understand their needs, discuss savings products, and conduct My Review appointments both in-branch and remotely.

Qualifikationen

• Experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is desirable.

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions to their circumstances.
• Act as first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm and a helpful approach.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs and opportunities.
• Educate customers on a range of products and services and available channels to engage with us.
• Ensure customer records are accurate and comply with policies and processes.
