Customer Service Coordinator — Near Towcester | Full-Time | Office-Based | £30,000

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a project-driven environment? Join a market leader in designing and installing innovative solutions across the UK.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth service delivery, handling warranty and maintenance enquiries, and supporting project logistics from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
  • Manage enquiries related to parts, warranty, inspections, and maintenance
  • Coordinate service bookings, repairs, and delivery logistics
  • Process orders, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers to chase quotes and costs
  • Maintain accurate records and run regular reports
  • Support general office administration including calls, post, and consumables
What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or technical support
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Good numeracy and IT skills (MS Office essential; CRM experience such as MS Dynamics is a plus)
  • Own transport and driving licence required due to office location
