Job description

The Best Connection is pleased to be recruiting Customer Care Agents on behalf of Wilson James at Birmingham Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a friendly, professional, and reliable point of contact for passengers at the very start of their journey.

Working alongside the Airport Operations Team, you'll help create a smooth and welcoming airport experience by meeting, greeting, and escorting passengers through the terminal with confidence, care, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escort passengers with reduced mobility (and accompanying family) through the airport by foot, wheelchair, or electric buggy
  • Assist with passenger luggage where required
  • Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults
  • Ensure wheelchairs and buggies are clean and operational
  • Communicate with Centralised Control via IT handsets
  • Complete required paperwork accurately
  • Support with any other reasonable duties as required

Shift Details
  • Shifts available Monday to Sunday

  • Start times may vary throughout the week
  • Additional shifts available upon request
