Job summary

Virgin Money UK in Slough is hiring a Customer Representative to deliver face-to-face and remote support across everyday banking moments. You’ll help customers in-branch, over the phone and online with care and clarity.

This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) requiring a commute within 45 minutes. Training lasts three weeks, and no holiday is allowed during this period.

Qualifications

• No banking experience required, but a customer-service mindset helps.
• Strong communication and empathy when handling busy periods.
• Ability to listen and tailor guidance to individual customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer friendly help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, while keeping security and fairness in mind.
• Guide customers through Virgin Money products and digital tools that suit their needs.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service even at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns where needed to protect customers and Virgin Money.
