Virgin Money is hiring a Customer Consultant for the Rotherham branch to assist customers in person and by phone while guiding them through everyday banking and digital tools with care and clarity. This permanent, full-time role offers 35 hours per week (Mon–Sat).

Training lasts three weeks with no holiday during this period, and you’ll be employed by Nationwide from day one with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No banking experience required, but customer-service mindset helps.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to provide friendly help with banking.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Help customers use digital services to make banking easier and more accessible.
• Guide customers through banking products to manage their money with confidence.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers.
