About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer AI Implementation Engineer to design and deliver tailored customer experience (CX) solutions using our cutting‑edge AI tools. This is a hybrid role combining customer‑facing consultancy with hands‑on technical implementation. You’ll be the bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams—ensuring every solution is optimised, integrated, and ready to deliver real value.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and customise AI‑driven solutions for our clients.
  • Translate customer goals into scalable technical designs.
  • Spend ~50% of your time engaging directly with customers—workshops, reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop secure integrations using Python, REST APIs, and supporting technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to shape future features.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong Python skills and experience with REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication—able to explain technical concepts clearly.
