Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor at SPAR Rathmore, Bangor. The role covers mornings, afternoons and weekends within store hours 6:00am–11:00pm, with flexibility required. 25 hours per week. Salary up to £13.30 per hour dependent on age and benefits.

Reporting to Store Management, you will help run the store daily, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient checkout operations, with opportunities to cover the Post Office when needed.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily while following stock rotation procedures.
• Merchandise stock to boost sales and ensure correct pricing with Shelf Edge Labels.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times in-store.
• May cover the Post Office as part of the role.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
