Job summary

Henderson Group, Northern Ireland’s leading foodservice provider, is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to support daily store operations with a strong focus on customer service.

You will assist customers, operate checkouts, restock and price stock, and help maintain an inviting, well-merchandised store environment across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Stock replenishment daily in line with rotation policy and merchandising standards.
• Stock is displayed at correct price with shelf edge labels.
• Maintain high level of customer service across the store.
• May cover the Post Office as required.

• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.

• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.

Pay rates ranging from £11.95 - £13.30 per hour depending on your age & Benefits.

Part-time position available 8 hours per week, working within 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday - Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Availability over evenings and weekends is essential in this position.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.
