Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor for SPAR Hanwood in Belfast. This part-time role is 16 hours per week with shifts 4pm-11pm weekdays and 6am-11pm weekends. Up to £13.30 per hour depending on age and benefits, with opportunities to support store operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Stock on a daily basis to replenish while complying with stock rotation.
• Stock merchandised to enhance sales and displayed at correct prices with shelf edge labels.
• Actively ensure high level of customer service in-store at all times.
• May be required to cover the Post Office as part of the role.
• Other duties as required for the role.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
