Job summary

Henderson Group, operating EUROSPAR/TEXACO at Saintfield Road, Lisburn, is seeking a Customer Advisor to support our busy store. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with shifts from 3pm–11pm weekdays and 6am–midnight weekends, offering flexibility and customer-focused responsibilities.

You will greet customers, assist with product inquiries, operate the till, replenish stock, and ensure shelves are accurately priced and merchandised. Training provided, no prior retail experience required.

• Flexibility with part-time shifts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily following stock rotation.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales with correct pricing labels.
• Maintain high levels of customer service in the store.
• May be required to cover the Post Office when needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
