Job Overview

Grade: L Contract Type: Secondment (12 Months) (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (PLEASE NOTE, THIS ROLE REQUIRES FLEXIBILITY WITH TRAVEL) Location: Coventry.

Typical Day / Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Management Team in the effective delivery of waste and recycling services to EnviroSolutions customers.
  • Manage 2 or 3 small accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer's organization to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure optimal commercial value for the broader customer base through data analysis and trend identification.
  • Monitor performance at key sites, facilitate implementation of legislative changes, and assist in onboarding new customers.
  • Support the CXM process and monitor outcomes of any hyper‑care activity with the Service Delivery Team.
  • Review volume/revenue trends across non‑account‑managed customers twice a year to identify volume reductions or uplifts and investigate and support appropriate service changes.
Qualifications / Desired Experience
  • Previous account manager experience desired.
  • Previous waste management experience an advantage.
  • IT literate, with Microsoft Office packages, including PowerBI.
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to work independently and engage confidently.
