Job summary

Seetec is seeking a Custody Support Worker to join the CFO Evolution Team and support individuals in custody with a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration. You will manage a caseload from initial engagement through to reintegration, providing motivational guidance and tailored support.

The role involves one-to-one sessions and group interventions, with emphasis on pre-release planning for a smooth transition back to society.

Qualifications

• Experience in probation, social care, or custody settings preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation or reintegration helpful.
• Willingness to work in criminal justice environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of participants within a prison environment from initial engagement to reintegration.
• Provide motivational guidance and tailored support.
• Deliver one-to-one sessions and group interventions.
• Assist with pre-release planning.
