Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a Support Worker for the CFO Evolution programme at HMP Guys Marsh. You will manage a caseload across custodial and community settings, deliver tailored interventions, and co-ordinate risk and safeguarding for adults and children.

Regular travel across the cluster is required, with a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration. The role offers a long-term fixed-term contract until December 2028 with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Complete pre-release work, create tailored action plans, and deliver interventions one-to-one and in groups.
• Record participant data accurately to meet contractual and administrative requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate risk safeguarding for adults and children and notify concerns promptly.
• Lead safeguarding practice, ensure compliant service delivery, and travel as required.
