Job summary

Seetec is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) for the CFO Evolution programme on a fixed-term contract through the end of 2028. You will assess, tailor interventions and build relationships with custodial and community stakeholders to reduce re-offending risk.

You will manage risk, deliver individual and group sessions, and prepare participants for release while coordinating with mentors and housing/health services. Regular UK travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
• Deliver pre-release work, risk assessments and tailored action plans.
• Provide one-to-one and group interventions to aid reintegration.
• Record data accurately to meet contractual and financial requirements.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
• Coordinate risk management and safeguarding for adults and children.
• Lead safeguarding and delivery of assessments and activities.
• Collaborate with peer mentors/volunteers to access housing and health services.
• Promote best practice and participate in learning activities.
• Attend meetings across the South West region as required.
