We’re looking for an experienced CSSD Manager to lead our decontamination and sterilisation services across London Bridge Hospital and The Lister Hospital. This is an exciting cross-site role where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality sterile services that support surgical excellence.

What you’ll do
  • Lead and manage our CSSD teams across both hospitals, ensuring the delivery of a consistent, high-quality service.
  • Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
  • Collaborate closely with theatre managers, external auditors, outpatient colleagues, surgeons, and wider clinical teams to support patient care.
  • Manage staffing, complex equipment and resources efficiently across both sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and patient safety.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to upskill and support CSSD staff.
  • Champion compliance, safety, and best practice across all sterile services functions.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
