Overview
O’Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for a Logistics Working Supervisor to join our team on a large-scale high-profile construction project in Gosport.
To be successful you must have
- SMSTS or SSSTS trained
- First Aid ticket
- Fire Marshal ticket
- PPE (This can be provided if required)
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Be reliable and punctual
- Hard working
About the role
- Leading DABS meeting every morning with O&B Team.
- Supervising our labour team, making sure they are all working safely and site is clean and organised.
- Management of materials on site, making sure storage is always nice and tidy and with enough materials for daily duties.
- Management of Tools on site.
- Management of all notice boards on site, making sure all the necessary information is displayed, and cleaning stations are well maintained.
- Management of site signage, walkways, and storage areas.
- To Attend site meetings with client as required.
- To liaise with all chain supervisors making sure housekeeping on site is of a high standard.
- Recording poor housekeeping and to liaise with Logistics Manager to issue clean up notices to subcontractors.
- Supervision of waste collections on site and to inform Logistics Manager when skips are nearly full or when compactors are needed.
- Management of waste segregation on site.
- Filling of allocation sheets on daily basics.

- Working hours are from 7:30am to 5pm. Monday to Friday. (This could be subject to change dependant on site) Weekend work will be available
