Job description

Proclinical is seeking a CRM Solution Lead to oversee and enhance the Salesforce platform for EMEA operations. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to design processes, improve user experiences, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with strategic goals.

You will also work closely with DevOps to maintain and evolve the platform while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Develop implementation roadmaps using analytics, user feedback, and industry data.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce Lightning Communities and Health Cloud.
• Optimize Salesforce capabilities by mapping functional requirements to platform features.
• Utilize tools like LWC, Flows, Process Builder, and managed packages for custom functionality.
• Evaluate and integrate new Salesforce ecosystem tools to enhance processes and collaboration.
• Mentor team members on best practices for solution delivery and positioning.
• Partner with governance boards and DevOps to manage day-to-day platform operations.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of CRM programs and ensure adherence to governance models.
• Foster strong partnerships across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce capabilities, including Communities Experience and Health Cloud.
• Experience leading multiple solution initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PII, GxP).
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Preferred experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma or Medical Devices.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
