We are seeking a skilled CRM Operations Manager to lead and optimise CRM processes, ensuring scalable, consistent, and high-performing customer communications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between CRM, engineering, and data teams, implementing best practices across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. You will drive tooling strategy, standardise operations, and support proof-of-concepts for new CRM solutions. This position requires technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a focus on operational efficiency, while enabling the CRM team to work with increased autonomy. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and effectiveness of customer engagement across all platforms.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the delivery of CRM tooling rollouts and optimisations, ensuring smooth implementation of new features and platforms.
  • Define and execute CRM tool strategy, including proof-of-concepts for new platforms and optimising existing tools like Braze.
  • Collaborate with CRM, engineering, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, enhancing team autonomy.
  • Standardise creation frameworks, campaign setup, and naming conventions to ensure operational consistency and scalability.
  • Enhance tracking and reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making and proactive issue management.
  • Stay current with CRM trends, tools, and best practices, championing adoption where appropriate.
  • Support cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM operations, technical CRM delivery, or CRM tooling management.
  • Proven experience working with CRM, engineering, and data teams to capture requirements and implement solutions.
  • Track record of improving tracking, reporting frameworks, and campaign creation processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, ideally Braze, and familiarity with automation and operational optimisation.
  • English at C1 level.
  • Strong soft skills: clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, independent problem-solving, actionable feedback, and effective collaboration with designers, project managers, and stakeholders.
