Job summary

Oak Furnitureland is hiring a CRM Marketing Specialist to own the technical setup and optimization of our customer retention campaigns. This hybrid 6-month FTC role involves 2 days in Swindon and 3 days remote, working with the CRM Executive and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and revenue during peak trading.

You will manage audience segmentation, dynamic personalization, trigger-based journeys, and performance reporting while ensuring BAU delivery and data-informed improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a CRM or ESP specialist role in retail/B2C eCommerce.
• Strong technical skills with ESPs; Klaviyo preferred.
• Commercial mindset linking CRM metrics to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, segmentation, personalization, tagging, and scheduling for campaigns via email/SMS.
• Maintain and optimize lifecycle journeys (welcome, browse, post-purchase, win-back).
• Monitor trading performance and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly CRM reports with insights and learnings.
