Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a CRM Manager in London to own the CRM and retention strategy across online and offline channels. You will lead email and mobile marketing, develop lifecycle campaigns, manage segmentation and reporting, and line manage a CRM Assistant.

You should have 3+ years in CRM or online retention marketing, preferably in fashion/retail, with strong analytics, copywriting and data privacy knowledge. Salary up to £65,000, four days in the office and one from home.

We're working with a leading UK fashion and footwear retailer with a strong multi-channel presence and a growing digital customer proposition. With a focus on delivering engaging, personalised experiences across online and offline channels, the business is investing in its CRM strategy and looking for an experienced CRM professional to help drive customer loyalty, retention and commercial growth.

As CRM Manager, you'll own and develop the CRM, retention and customer communications strategy, with responsibility for the email and mobile marketing plan. You'll develop customer lifecycle strategies, oversee targeted and personalised campaigns, manage the CRM database and segmentation, and identify opportunities across channels including email, SMS, app and in-store. You'll also lead CRM reporting and KPI analysis, forecast revenue impact, manage agency and internal relationships, and line manage a CRM Assistant.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in CRM or online retention marketing, ideally within fashion or retail, with strong experience across email marketing, customer segmentation, database management and CRM workflows. You'll need a strong commercial mindset, excellent analytical and reporting skills, experience managing people or agencies, strong copywriting and communication skills, and a good understanding of data protection, privacy and email deliverability. Experience with Bloomreach or similar CRM platforms would be advantageous.

Salary is up to £65,000 dependent on experience. The role is based in central London and is four days a week in the office and one from home.
