Job summary

The Caravan and Motorhome Club is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on CRM-driven, multi-channel campaigns across UK and overseas accommodations. Hybrid role based in East Grinstead with 1–2 days in the office.

The role reports to the UK and Overseas Marketing Manager and collaborates with product managers, the wider marketing team and external agencies. A degree in marketing/CRM or equivalent experience is required, plus 3 years in B2C campaigns.

Qualifications

• A degree in a related subject, or equivalent practical marketing or CRM experience.
• At least 3 years' experience delivering multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns, with a strong CRM focus.
• Experience running campaigns across a range of digital channels.
• Ability to manage several campaigns at once, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret data and turn it into action.
• Well-organised, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Experience in travel markets (UK/overseas) preferred.
• Interest in outdoors, caravanning or motorhoming welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns from brief to reporting across CRM, email, newsletters and mobile channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and product owners to set priorities and improve performance.
• Create marketing briefs for internal teams and agencies and ensure on-time delivery.
• Track KPIs and adjust activity based on results.
• Work with CRM agency to segment and target member communications.
• Create content across channels, including copy and imagery.
