Oakwrights is seeking a creative and commercially minded CRM & Contracts Manager to own our CRM strategy and drive growth across marketing, sales, and operations. You will manage contracts across HubSpot, PandaDoc and Xero, analyse customer data, optimise campaigns, and ensure data hygiene.

• Experience designing and implementing CRM strategies.
• Ability to analyse customer data and drive insights.
• Strong planning and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, manage, and deliver the overall CRM strategy to attract, engage, and retain target audiences.
• Manage and maintain contracts across HubSpot, PandaDoc, and Xero, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Oversee the issue of contracts, notices of change, and contract addendums.
• Collaborate with marketing to understand customer behaviour through data analysis, segmentation, and insights.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and resolve issues with campaigns, workflows, and automations.
• Oversee handover of information from sales to design, production and project teams.
• Analyse campaign performance across traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Work with the Commercial Manager to optimise processes via automation.
