Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across app, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You will lead with heart, guide the CRM Executive, and drive data-led initiatives to inspire bookings and loyalty.

You'll work in a hybrid model (3 days in office) and collaborate with stakeholders to connect CRM with broader marketing activities, using Bloomreach to personalise communications and optimise journeys.

• Experience delivering CRM campaigns with data-led insights.
• Strong knowledge of Bloomreach and CRM platforms.
• Ability to build personalised communications across channels.
