Job summary

Career Legal in London is seeking a CRM Manager with strong InterAction experience to lead data integrity, reporting, and analytics across the firm. This brand-new role focuses on building out the CRM function and eventually growing the CRM team.

You will support attorneys and business development, customize workflows and integrations, provide training and ongoing support, and liaise with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong InterAction experience (configuration, reporting, automation).
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Excellent data management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and BD teams to improve CRM adoption.
• Customize workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with external vendors when needed.
