Job summary

tml Partners is seeking a driven CRM & Marketing leader to own the data strategy within its high-performing BD & Marketing team. The role focuses on implementing an upgraded InterAction+ Hybrid CRM and Vuture integration, shaping core CRM strategies, and embedding robust data governance and GDPR onboarding processes.

You will deliver actionable analytics for marketing campaigns and key client programs, manage suppliers, and drive platform integrations with IT and Finance, acting as the internal

Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ CRM experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Direct experience with InterAction+ Hybrid essential.
• Experience with Vuture, IQ or Cirrom is a plus.
• Strong data governance and GDPR onboarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the upgrade and embedding of the CRM system across the firm.
• Define core CRM strategy and data governance policies.
• Deliver actionable analytics for marketing campaigns and client programs.
• Manage supplier relationships and platform integrations with IT and Finance.
• Drive change management and upskill marketing and senior fee earners.
