Job summary

Career Legal is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the design, deployment and expansion of our InterAction CRM across the firm. You will work with partners and lawyers to optimize data quality, reporting, dashboards and client engagement, while building a small CRM function.

This brand-new role is supported by senior stakeholders to implement best practices, automate workflows, deliver actionable analytics, and train users. Strong communication and professional services experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on InterAction CRM experience in a professional services firm.
• Experience improving CRM adoption and data quality.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in law firm or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage data integrity, reporting, dashboards and analytics
• Support business development and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and BD teams to improve CRM adoption
• Customize workflows, automation and integrations
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors when needed
