Job summary

You will drive day-to-day CRM activities, cleanse and improve data quality, manage upgrades and integrations, and develop training programs for partners and staff. The role requires experience with InterAction or similar CRM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support marketing and business development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced legal or professional services environment.
• Experience using InterAction or a similar CRM database is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and governance.
• Ability to manage CRM upgrades and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day use of InterAction with partners and the marketing team.
• Ensure CRM solutions meet business needs and support reporting requirements.
• Cleanse and improve CRM data quality for accurate analytics.
• Lead large-scale CRM projects, upgrades and integrations.
• Provide CRM reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver InterAction best-practice training for users.
