tml Partners is seeking a CRM lead to join its high-performing BD & Marketing team. The role offers significant autonomy to shape the firm’s data strategy and CRM roadmap, with InterAction+ Hybrid at the technical core and Vuture integration as a key enhancer.

You will drive governance, GDPR-compliant onboarding, and analytics for marketing campaigns and client programs. The position requires influencing senior stakeholders, managing supplier relationships, and leading cross-functional platform

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CRM experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Direct expertise with InterAction+ Hybrid is essential.
• Familiarity with Vuture, IQ or Cirrom is advantageous.
• Strong data analytics and project management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.

Responsabilités

• Shape core CRM strategies to align with business goals.
• Embed robust data governance policies across the firm.
• Establish GDPR-compliant onboarding processes.
• Deliver actionable analytics for marketing campaigns and client programs.
• Manage supplier relationships and platform integrations with IT and Finance.
