Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CRM experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Direct expertise with InterAction+ Hybrid is essential.
• Familiarity with Vuture, IQ or Cirrom is advantageous.
• Strong data analytics and project management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.

Proven technical capability in data analytics and project management must be paired with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioral change across the business.
