Job summary

Anthem Consulting Ltd in London is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to oversee InterAction and Vuture usage within a law firm environment. Hybrid working is offered.

You will drive day-to-day CRM activities, cleanse and improve data quality, manage upgrades and integrations, and develop training programs for partners and staff. Senior CRM (Database) Executive role in London law firm working on InterAction and Vuture. Hybrid working.

An innovative individual with strong analytical skills is sought by this growing mid-sized law firm to join its team in London. You will be providing support to the marketing and business development team, and the partnership on digital marketing systems – InterAction and Vuture.

The Senior CRM Executive will involve:

• Responsibility for driving the firm’s CRM InterAction use on a day-to-day basis working with partners;
• Working with the business to make sure this meets the needs of the business;
• Responsibility for the data – cleansing and improving data quality;
• Working on large-scale projects such as upgrades and integrations;
• CRM reporting and analysis;
• Advising on InterAction best practice;
• Overall responsibility for developing training programmes
