Job summary

Getlink is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead CRM data strategy and governance across the organisation. You will work with Commercial, Marketing and IT to maximise CRM value and drive analytics maturity.

The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, advanced SQL and Power BI skills, plus experience in data governance and stakeholder management. UK-based applicants preferred with remote options unlikely.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CRM data management, analytics and governance.
• Extensive experience of CRM platforms, including Salesforce.
• Advanced SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI or similar.
• Proven project management across multiple priorities.
• Strong GDPR, data protection and governance knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Strong stakeholder communication and translation of data into business insight.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM data strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead data governance, accuracy, quality and compliance processes.
• Advise on Salesforce data architecture, admin and governance.
• Manage integrations across CRM and other systems, including reporting.
• Produce insights to drive customer engagement, marketing effectiveness and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance CRM analytics capabilities.
• Lead GDPR and data governance activities, ensuring compliance.
• Support future data capabilities including AI and predictive analytics.
• Coach the CRM Data Executive and build high performance teams.
