Qualifications

Our Collections and Recoveries business continues to support customers who are going through difficult times. We need more talented individuals to help us transform our business. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Collections & Recoveries MI Analysts to join our team and focus on driving data led decisions to be at the heart of everything we do.

What you’ll be doing
  • Ability to build scalable and repeatable routines to ingest data from a number of sources in different formats.
  • Deliver purposeful and insightful MI and supporting commentary on performance within Risk Operations.
  • Interpret these results, identifying, understanding and highlighting any key trends.
  • Become an expert in the data you use, becoming the first point of contact for any business queries.
  • Convert large datasets into clear insights.
  • Put customers at the heart of all decision making.
We need you to have
  • Proven experience coding in SAS, Oracle, SQL, Python or R, with a track record of working with large and complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high quality MI and Insight that supports operational teams and improves performance outcomes
  • A strong analytical mindset, with evidence of being a self-starter who can independently investigate issues and deliver actionable insight
  • Excellent numerical skills, with the ability to present data clearly and translate findings into meaningful and practical conclusions.
  • Experience of working confidently with stakeholders at all levels across a business
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build robust models, report and analysis
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI to create clear and engaging insight.
